The freeze function is used with Flash Stopper.
- Invincibility Blink refers to when Megaman or an enemy gets hit and become invincible for a moment, while blinking.
- The counter is used for blinking. For Mega Man to be invincible, value must be in $3C.
- This memory range is used for both cases.
